Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
We offer the Wellness Recovery Action Plan program to help individuals take charge of their mental health and well-being. WRAP is a structured, evidence-based approach that guides participants in developing a personalized wellness plan.
Through this program, participants will:

- Recognize early warning signs of stress or crisis
